  3. What is the most rewarding part of the job?  Seeing a team come together and achieve our one common goal-SALES
  4. Describe your work/sales philosophy?  My job is to help people make a good buying decision about the kinds of products that I am selling.
  5. What keeps you motivated?  Doing a good job in all areas of what you do every day and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation. While I really enjoy working on a task on my own, I’m particularly motivated by the buzz of working in a team. It’s very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goal.
  6. What is the one thing you cannot resist? Donuts!!
  7. How do you define success?  Contentment in every area of your life. Sending my son to the best school I can find
  8. If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?  Mmmm I’d definitely like to be a lawyer but I’d have to be dam good in order to win a case in just a day haha
  9. What is the weirdest job you have ever had? Car wash to raise money for charity
  10. Tell us something that might surprise us about you?  I got my South African colours for trampolining eight years in a row and I can drink like a trooper

  8. What keeps you motivated? Job satisfaction and happy customers that return year after year.

  3. What is the most rewarding part of the job? Seeing happy facing once a deal has been signed.
  4. And the most challenging? Motivating people after the loss of a sale.
  5. Describe your sales/work philosophy? Work hard, play harder and give your all.
