We are looking for a reliable, motivated IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and assist users with day-to-day IT needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
- Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or service providers
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or similar)
- 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
