PMB Service Technician Wanted

We’re looking for a Leaf Service Technician for our PMB Branch. If you feel that you have what it takes, we would love to meet you. 

Duties and Responsibilities

 Responsible for maintenance and repairs to Copiers/Printers equipment based on client’s premises.

 Performing fault-finding and troubleshooting activities in a logical and professional manner

 Liaising with clients regarding issues and maintenance

 Recommending preventative maintenance as and where necessary and communicating these to the customer

 Providing feedback on job cards for future information

 Maintaining company vehicles, ensuring they are neat and well kept at all times.

 Helping to build client relationships to develop the Leaf Technologies brand.

Skills and Requirements

 Experience with repairs/maintenance to Copiers/Printers

 Product training and experience with Kyocera Machines an advantage.

 Technical qualification is an advantage, but Experience in the field is valid also.

 Valid drivers’ licence

 Good communication skills and administration skills

 Passion for customer service

 Ability to work in a team
