The Sharks were defeated 29-13 in their most recent match against The Stormers on Saturday, 7 March at DHL Newslands Stadium.
Pat Lambie got the game under way with a high and deep kick off and it hopes for a black & white win was raised, however the Stormers put up a fight that was too good, and luck was not on The Sharks’ side this time around. As Bismarck du Plessis comments, “It was a tough night for us, and although a big positive was the fact that we dominated most of the collisions, we weren’t happy with our first phase.”
t appears that The Sharks’ performance is slipping through the cracks with a lot of tension appearing on and off the field. It is important to maintain a positive attitude when facing difficult times and tension. By staying positive, the difficulties begin to appear less strenuous and focus becomes less cloudy. As a result, less effort is required to complete the task successfully, and you will feel fulfilled like a true champion.
Maintain a positive attitude in your work and you will find enjoyment, fulfilment and overall success in every task that comes your way!

Valentine’s Day brought disappointment for the Sharks fans with the Cheetahs defeating The Sharks 35-29 in the first match of the Super Rugby season.
The match, hosted at Growthpoint KINGS PARK on Saturday, 14th February, encountered difficulties before the start of the game with captain Bismarck du Plessis benched due to an injury. Pat Lambie took over captaincy duties for their opening game. It was tight competition throughout the match, with both teams pushing for glory however The Cheetahs plucked the last rose with tough retaliation and determination.
Although The Sharks presented a strong fight, their loss echoes the importance of partnership to produce success, and in the spirit of Valentines Day, the fans continue to admire and support The Sharks undeterred by the first game’s results.
KYOCERA’s management is structured on ongoing support and undeterred determination to nurture partnerships. The Sharks’ Currie Cup 2014 season has come to a saddening end. After taking a blow with a 50-20 defeat by the Lions on Saturday, 18 October, The Sharks have concluded their attempts at top of the log victory and winners of the 2014 Currie Cup.
However, all is not lost – although the brave boys in Black and White have lost their chance at the winning title, they have earned victory in experience and confidence. It has been a trying season for the team with the majority of their strong players focused on Springbok action, yet The Sharks have maintained their courage, positive attitude and effort to achieve success.
This is what it is all about – at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how many trophies are sitting on the shelf or how many points have been earned. If a team does not maintain the true winning spirit, success is not obtainable. KYOCERA Document Solutions South Africa understands that success starts at the core: building strength, courage and a positive attitude among each and every team member is the foundation of a successful business. Without this, the team cannot grow, and success cannot be achieved.
KYOCERA Document Solutions South Africa congratulates The Sharks on their excellent efforts in the Currie Cup 2014 season – it has been a truly motivational experience for all!
