We are looking for a reliable, motivated IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and assist users with day-to-day IT needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or service providers
Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or similar)
1–3 years’ experience in an IT support role
Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license

Greeting and assisting walk-in clients and customers
Performing basic reception functions
Managing a switchboard, taking and relaying accurate messages.
Liaising with clients telephonically in a professional manner to promote business relationships
Assisting with basic office administration as required
Managing documents and ensuring that the sales team have the required documentation available
Performing ad-hoc tasks for management as required
Skills and Requirements
Experience in an administrative or reception role
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of full MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
