We are looking for a reliable, motivated IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and assist users with day-to-day IT needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or service providers
  • Maintain accurate job notes and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or similar)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support role
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
