Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Acting as the first line of support for customers calling in regarding their solutions
- Problem-solving and assisting customers as required
- Logging calls onto the company system for repairs or services to equipment and/or installations
- Assisting with logging customer orders for toner/parts
- Contacting customers for meter readings as required
- Marketing additional services that customers can benefit from, from the Leaf Technologies portfolio
- Compiling quotes for customers services and repairs or for products as required
Skills and Requirements
- Exceptional telephone skills and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a customer service or service environment an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Suite and able to pick up new work systems.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team
