Technicians (IT, Copier, PABX & CCTV)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs to PABX and/or Copiers and/or CCTV equipment based on client’s premises.
• Performing fault-finding and troubleshooting activities in a logical and professional manner
• Liaising with clients regarding issues and maintenance
• Recommending preventative maintenance as and where necessary and communicating these to the customer
• Providing feedback on job cards for future information
• Maintaining company vehicles, ensuring they are neat and well kept at all times.
• Helping to build client relationships to develop the Leaf Technologies brand.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with repairs/maintenance to Copiers/Printers / CCTV and/or PABX systems
• Technical qualification an advantage but experience in the field valid also.
• Valid drivers’ licence
• Good communication skills and administration skills
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a team
