Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Acting as the first line of support for customers calling in regarding their solutions
  • Problem-solving and assisting customers as required
  • Logging calls onto the company system for repairs or services to equipment and/or installations
  • Assisting with logging customer orders for toner/parts
  • Contacting customers for meter readings as required
  • Marketing additional services that customers can benefit from, from the Leaf Technologies portfolio
  • Compiling quotes for customers services and repairs or for products as required

Skills and Requirements

  • Exceptional telephone skills and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer service or service environment an advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite and able to pick up new work systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team
